Agroindust Inc. in house marketing experts conducted consumer perception study of currently available fruit juices, jams and dairy products in Afghanistan market. The study conducted by means of double blind trail where brands were kept anonymous & participants were requested to complete a questionnaire to provide their scores on parameters such as sensory characteristics (taste, smell, texture and color) and packaging characteristics (packaging handling, Labeling, and packaging design). Subjects of this study were from diverse group of people ranging from Agroindust Inc staff to people from various organizations and general public. The main aim of this study was to assess the competitive landscape in order for Agroindust Inc to establish benchmark standards for its own product development. The concluding business case analysis addressed the perception of consumers about competitor brands which in turn gave Agroindust Inc insight for its marketing, sales & distribution models.
A visit to Europe conducted by Agroindust Inc. team to select, assess and purchase the horticulture and dairy processing machinery. During the visit, the team conducted meetings with renown machinery manufacturers and turnkey solution providers and meticulously looked at various machineries to ensure the selection of right machinery for Agroindust Inc. processing facilities.
